- Restaurant hours: 8:00- 21:30 (closed for two hours from 16:00-18:00)
- Reception hours : 8:00-21:30
- Heaven Bar hours : 13:00-24:00 ( Happy Hrs. 05-07.00 pm in everyday.) , Live Music & BBQ only Tuesday & Friday start at 06.00 – 10.00 pm.
- Pool hours: 08:00-20:00
- We have room cleaning for you every two days
- Any damaged or missing items will be charged
- No smoking inside the rooms
- Body paint and tattoo ink cannot be washed from bedsheets. Please wash off before
- No refunds if check out before departure date
- Lost and/or damaged umbrella charge 550 baht
- We are not responsible for any missing items in rooms, Please check your belongings before leaving.
- Your booking cannot be exchanged or passed on to any other guests
- No joiners and friends in the room and no loud noise after 9 pm
- Extra bed THB1000. per night , Extra Persons (shared bed) THB 500.- per night.
- None-smoking in the room if we’ve founded there is a fine THB 5000.-
- There is only one key provided in the room.
