• Upon check in there is a 1000 baht key and damage deposit to be paid
• No refund if check out before departure date
• We take cash in Thai baht, Visa and Mastercard, and PayPal. For credit
  card and PayPal payments there is a 3% charge
• Check in time is 14:00 or earlier IF room is ready before
• Check out time is 11:00 (for late check out please inquire a day before
  departure, charges may apply)
• Reception hours: 8:00 – 21:30
• Restaurant hours: 8:00 – 21:30 (closed for two hours from 16:00 – 18:00)
• Heaven Bar hours: 17:00 – 24:00 (food service available at beach bar
  from 18:00 – 21:30)
• Pool hours: 8:00 – 20:00
• Room cleaning is every 2 days
• Any damage or missing items from the room will be charged
• NO smoking inside the rooms
• Body paint and tattoo ink cannot be washed from bed sheets – please wash
  off before
• We are no responsible for any missing items in rooms, please check
  belongings before leaving
