Seaflower’s restaurant is nestled in the middle of our tropical jungle- gardens. The original structure since 1987 is still standing with multiple changes of the thatch roof since then. The kitchen will entice you with a wide variety of both Thai and Western dishes from tasty Thai curries and salads to pasta dishes and homemade burgers. Many vegetarian options are available!

Some of the favourites include the Massaman Curry, Fried Basil chicken or pork, delicious homemade burgers and chips, fresh Rice Rolls, and of course Som Tam, Thailand’s delicious papaya salad!

Westerners can also count on their gourmet morning coffee and a great selection of fresh shakes and juices to start their day along with tasty fruit salads, homemade yoghurt, and an array of other breakfast staples.

Seaflower’s famously large salads are among many of the favourites here on Koh Phangan. We offer a range of meat options such as our toasted seed salad as well as vegan and vegetarian salads which are a firm favourite with our yoga school neighbours who often send their students here to eat daily.

Our Beach BBQ is a busy Barbecue! Everyday Chai ventures to the local market to collect what Phangan’s sea has to offer bringing you the freshest fish, the juiciest chicken wings seasoned well in advance of cooking and of course Chai’s self proclaimed “World’s best baked potato!” cooked in foil with fresh garlic, butter and our secret ingredients.
