We take cash in Thai baht, Visa and Mastercard, and PayPal. For credit card and PayPal payments there is a 3% charge
Check in time is 14:00 or earlier IF room is ready before
Check out time is 11:00 (for late check out please inquire a day before departure, charges may apply)
Reception hours: 8:00 – 21:30
Restaurant hours: 8:00 – 21:30 (closed for two hours from 16:00 – 18:00)
Heaven Bar hours: 17:00 – 24:00 (food service available at beach bar from 18:00 – 21:30)
Pool hours: 8:00 – 20:00
Room cleaning is every 2 days
Any damage or missing items from the room will be charged
NO smoking inside the rooms
Body paint and tattoo ink cannot be washed from bed sheets – please wash off before
We are no responsible for any missing items in rooms, please check belongings before leaving
If guests show up to the resort with more people than indicated when making the booking, the resort can deny entry with no refund OR the resort can charge guests for an extra room (if one is available) so that all people are accommodated accordingly. (There is an additional charge of 500 THB per night for an extra person added to the room.)
