Cancellation / Modification Policy

We have a limited number of bungalows and all reservations matter to us. We
expect you to honour this booking as it was made, as we will.

The balance is to be paid at check in

At Seaflower Bungalows you are able to pay with Cash (THB), Credit Card, or PayPal. For Credit Card and PayPal there is a 3% charge.

Cancellation and modification must be confirmed in writing (by email) to us
and will become effective upon receipt of the mentioned confirmation.

The following cancellation charges will be levied:

• If cancelled and or modified 15 days or more prior to check-in date: 600
  baht administrative fee will be charged.
• If cancelled and or modified between 7 and 14 days prior to check-in
  date: Your 30% deposit is non-refundable.
• If cancelled and or modified less than 7 days prior to check-in date: the
  total amount of your booking will be charged.

We will hold a booked bungalow for you for one night only. If you fail to
show up or do not let us know of your late arrival, we will consider the
bungalow cancelled.

If you check out earlier than booked, there is no refund.
